➤ Tools needed for installation: Electric drill with step drill bit, #2 Phillips-head screwdriver

➤ The quick release pins are designed to connect to the boat top deck mounts. So, you should ensure you have the correct correspondent hardware prior to installation.

➤ Use the deck mount holes to line up the drilling points. Drill the holes to be the same size as those on the deck hinge mounting hardware.

➤ You can apply marine-grade sealant into the holes as an additional securing measure prior to fastening the lanyard and screws.

➤ Line up the deck hinges with the holes, and then line up one of the holes on the lanyard locking plate with one of the deck mount holes.

➤ Fasten the screws provided to fix the deck mounts and securing lanyard in place.

➤ Once secured, you can insert the Bimini frame pole and lock it down with the spring grip pin.
