To show our commitment to your satisfaction, we proudly offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, including Camping Tents, ATV/UTV Covers, Golf Cart Enclosures & Covers, Boat Covers, Bimini Tops, RV Covers, and other accessories.

Warranty Overview

At KNOX, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products, which are made with the highest level of care and precision. We strive to ensure every product meets our rigorous standards. However, if you experience any concerns, please reach out to us. We're dedicated to help you and offer a 1-year warranty to address any issues you may encounter.

Our 1-year warranty begins from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials and craftsmanship of the product. Please note that this warranty does not include any sizing changes. This warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the product is altered by the purchaser in any way, such as through cutting, sewing, or patching.

To ensure your warranty remains valid, please install, secure, and maintain your product as intended. During installation and removal, be cautious not to snag the product on sharp objects. It's also important to pad any sharp corners or edges to avoid damage.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by strong winds, severe weather conditions, or natural events.
  • Tears caused by sharp objects or friction, including tension tears.
  • Leaking, tears, or other damage resulting from water pooling on the cover.
  • Damage from modifications or misuse.
  • Normal wear, weather soiling, or environmental pollution.
  • Damage from animals, rodents, or insects.
  • Damage resulting from high-speed trailering, improper securing, or debris.
  • Failure to use a cover support system or to properly support the cover.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
  • Items purchased "as is" from unauthorized third-party sellers or closeout liquidators.

Limitations

Our warranty is limited to either repair or replacement of the product at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Please note that our warranty policy may be updated at our discretion.

Claim Requirements

To help us process your claim, please provide:

1. Proof of purchase.
2. The "Bill To" name on the invoice/receipt.
3. The date of purchase.
3. Product part number and description.
4. Detailed photographs of the damage.
5. A photograph of the product tag.

Shipping

Before sending any packages to us, please obtain prior authorization. We cannot accept freight collect or COD packages. There is a flat-rate shipping cost that is to be covered by the customer prior to sending any items. For approved warranty claims, we will cover the cost of inbound freight for returns. However, customers will be responsible for outbound freight charges for replacement or repaired products.
