Returns

To initiate a return:
1. Pack the item securely with the purchase receipt.
2. Ship your return to:

3. We offer flat-rate shipping for qualifying returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Please ensure that items are well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days. If you used multiple payment methods, the refund will be split proportionally.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant:
1. Follow the return process to return the original item for a refund.
2. Place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.
